Arrival
We recommend arriving 5-10 min prior to your appointment to fill out a consultation form. This helps the service provider meet all your needs and to fulfill your expectations.
Parking
Hyde Park Square
1) There is a Pay parking lot off Edwards just before Erie Ave. If you're coming from I 71 turn into the lot between DIGS and EO. This pay lot goes right behind our building. There is a walkway that runs from the lot alongside our building to Hyde Park Square. You can Pay at the lot pay station and there is an app that you can download to pay for your parking as well. Read the signs at the lot pay station for app directions. 2) There is pay parking along Erie Ave that has a pay station or an app to pay. 3) About a half a block up on Michigan and Edwards between Erie and Griffiths St. there is free street parking.
During the lunch hour, give yourself extra time to park.

Booking
We require a credit card for booking all appointments. You will not be charged until after your appointment for called in appointments. For on line booking you will be charged at 50% of your booked service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up and you may not be able to make your appointment. We ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel after the 24 hours you will be charged for 50% of your service.
No call/no shows will be charged for their full service. Thank you so much for understanding.

Late arrival
We will accommodate you to the best of our abilities, however, we may need to shorten your service in order to keep the next client's service at their scheduled time. The original service cost still applies.
